School of Management Sciences Technical Campus Lucknow organized One day ORIENTATION PROGRAM on 16th August 2011, for its new batch of B-TECH. ORIENTATION aims at instilling desired set of qualities, skill and knowledge to ensure that students understand the demand of industry in order to be successful. The PROGRAM was graced and honored by distinguished and eminent speakers from Academia and Industry. The chief guest of the programme was Prof (Dr.) Kripa Shankar-V.C. Gautam Buddha Technical University Lucknow. Guest of Honour was Mr. Himanshu Kumar- Head H.R., TCS Lucknow and Mr. P.C.Tripathi -Sr.V.P. C&S Electricals New Delhi. The speakers emphasized on development of scientific bent as it is need of hour to provide solution to challenges in field of energy, power and agriculture technology.With inauguration of National Journal “SAMRIDHI" by honorable chief guest Prof (Dr.) Kripa Shankar brought out by SMSIT the moment become historical as it added another feather of success. The PROGRAM was highly successful as it infused among students the understanding of business dynamics and pace with which technology is becoming redundant and laid out path to be traversed during their stay at campus to face the challenges effectively in future.
